Just a few steps to beach without a road to cross between you and the sand, enjoy this one bedroom, second floor, family-friendly, beach-block Summer Sands condominium in Wildwood Crest - one of the best locations in the town voted Best Beach in New Jersey. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, take a dip in one of two swimming pools, relax on one of the five verandas, and barbeque on one of six gas grills. While the condo sleeps 7, it is most ideal for 5 people. Though the building is on the beach, this unit is not oceanfront. Enjoy the beach itself during the day and an ocean view from any of the common decks at night.
As evening falls, take advantage of the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk or take in the nightlife. Historic Cape May is 15 minutes south while the excitement of Atlantic City is just a 30-minute drive north. The free Cape May Zoo, Sunset Lake, fishing trips, water activities, and plenty of restaurants will insure that you never run out of things to do or places to eat.
Exceptionally clean, renovated one-bedroom condo features:

The condo was exactly as described but the bedroom was much larger than we expected. The unit is right next to one of the outdoor decks with several tables and chairs that acted like our living room with a view of the ocean.

Great location! The property was walking distance to the beach which is what I was looking for because I wanted everyone to be able to come and go with out everyone having to pack up and leave. It also had 2 pools so if anyone didn’t want to go to the beach beach We had the pool option. That option is very hard to come by especially for the price. It’s not a large place but we were there for the beach so I knew we weren’t planning on spending a lot of time inside. It’s right outside of Wildwood so it’s much quieter so if your looking for more action all the time it’s not the place, but that’s what we wanted. With the convenient option of the very close access to go to wildwood and have the action. We had the deck right outside to hang out on which we enjoyed and the use of the grills so when we wanted to eat in. It was definitely very relaxing the other people in the condo area were very friendly gave great advice the ice cream truck came around nightly and apparently you could even to text them to come which my boys thought were awesome. The unit was set up with Wi-Fi and Netflix to use I didn’t even have to sign in to my own account which I thought was awesome. This was my first time using VRBO and renting and I had a lot of questions and the owner was great and took time in answering all my crazy emails and if she’s reading this I thank you very much for being so awesome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.
