This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bath beach house boasts breathtaking ocean views and is just steps from the sand. Designed to be your home away from home, Center Beach 2500 blends the comfort of a private residence with the luxury touches inspired by the world's top hotels — the perfect retreat for families and groups.
Luxury Inside & Out
From plush linens and premium mattresses to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and elegant living spaces, no detail has been overlooked. Floor-to-ceiling sliders showcase incredible ocean views, while spacious living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) feature leather seating, cocktail tables, and large flat-screen TVs for relaxing together.
Sleeping & Bathrooms
Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Three bedrooms offer private en-suite baths, the two upstairs guest rooms share a full bath, and an additional bath sits off the main living area. Bedrooms pair king beds with flexible trundle and bunk configurations, and two sofa beds downstairs add extra sleeping space.
Dining & Entertaining
Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats 8, with room for 4 more at the counter. The chef's kitchen, updated with top-of-the-line appliances, is stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining.
Your Private Tropical Oasis
Step outside to a covered patio overlooking your private pool and hot tub. The hot tub cascades into the pool, which also features fountains, bubble jets, and (upon request) a removable safety fence for little ones. Fire up the Weber natural gas grill—with sear station and side burner—for the ultimate cookout. The patio is perfect for entertaining with a dining table, chaise lounges, and plenty of seating.

After a sun-filled day, retreat to the primary suite, where a king bed with hotel-quality linens and a 55" TV await. The suite features a spacious, professionally designed walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and ocean views.

House was great! Host was responsive upon check in. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach, plus the pool and hot tub were great options.

There were 12 of us. We all had the most enjoyable time. Check-in was a snap. Ron was always available to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The house itself was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach was just steps away. It was everything we had anticipated and more. Would absolutely recommend this spot toanyone considering staying here.Karen S

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach.
Check in was easy and property manager was so friendly and helpful finding restaurants or activities, and kept pool super clean.
Garage has chairs and toys for the beach, as well as a basket of towels for the pool/beach.
Beds decent. House is showing some wear and tear I have seen in many rental homes close to the beach, so I wasn’t surprised. (I use ratings similar to that of hotels). I would stay again, location was just was great!
