Each bedroom, outfitted with luxury linens, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs, has its own bath with glass showers (both fully remodeled in 2019). Master bedroom is equipped with a brand-new, king mattress and brand-new SMART TV. With stunning ocean and beach views, the master bedroom has a well-organized walk-in closet and sliding glass door access to the private lanai. The second bedroom is a quiet retreat, comfortably appointed with a queen bed, blackout draperies, flat-screen TV, ample closet space and an ensuite bath. Enjoy your favorite cocktail on the comfortably furnished lanai. The main living area, plus both bedrooms are equipped with high-powered ceiling fans to keep you cool (no AC in this unit).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
50% of the total amount of your reservation is paid upon initial booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in; 90 days prior to check-in if stay falls over published holiday timeframe. If you cancel your reservation before the start of the 60 or 90 day period prior to check-in, the full balance of your stay will be refunded to you with the EXCEPTION of a $500 reservation fee (retained by owner for tying up days on calendar, plus the service fee that you have already paid to VRBO upon booking). Katie was a wonderful host. She called a week ahead of time to tell us about the place and go over the rules (super helpful). We were in town for a wedding and the wedding party had 5 rooms at the royal mauian. This unit does not have AC but it was not needed with the ceiling fans and the daily breeze. I highly recommend the location and unit. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. They had four beach chairs a couple noodles and an umbrella that were used. The Royal Mauian is not a kid frendly resort but is wonderful for adults.

The view is spectacular and is visible from the master as well as the living room. Easy walking access to more than one beach is just what we wanted. We really enjoyed the spacious lanai. We also loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We were able to staying cool enough with the fans in late November, but wouldn't trust it in the summer. The condo is well equipped for cooking. Be aware that the bedspreads and couch are white and beige and the rules about keeping them clean caused anxiety. We knew there would be noise from the street but were disappointed by multiple cars blaring booming music several times a day. General noise from the park wasn't an issue except for the park resident right outside the windows that ranted loudly a few times a day for most of our ten days.
