About this house rental
This majestic property is a full week's entertainment for a whole family. This ranch boasts Axis, Fallow, Blackbuck, Silka, Oryx, Addax, Stag, Aoudad, and even Zebra and hog. Wanting to fish in this beautiful pond that overlooks the manor? Or maybe you just want to watch the eagles and bird from the beautiful unground pool with beautiful waterfall. The property boasts a full size splash pad for the whole family to enjoy along with a playground and restrooms. If your interested in booking the cabins as well please contact Hayley for suggestions and booking info. If you happen to want to see what is in town for entertainment there is lots to do in the city during your stay as well. Texas A&M is home to the George Bush Presidential Library. While your there take the time to tour the Campus of beautiful Texas A&M. Stop by Messina Hoff winery if you enjoy the vineyards. Don't forget about the nation's number one equine facility. For the price of the VRBO I thought the drive off the road toward the house was in need of maintenance- pot holes were full of water and mud. Once at the house—Water was very sulfur smelly. Didn’t feel like the house was not equipped adequately. No iron and no blow dryer. Would have also thought there would have been at least coffee items. Enough coffee for 2 pots. Towel and soaps were not put into the bathrooms- I had to deliver them to all the bathrooms.

The uniqueness of this beautiful property is what sets it apart. Quiet, secluded tranquility in the middle of an 1100 acre game ranch. While the driveway is VERY long and muddy when it rains, once you get to the end of it you are greatly surprised by the property and house. Relaxing and secluded there is no worry of being bothered by or bothering neighbors. Giant home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. POOL IS AMAZING! Cleanliness of home left a little to be desired but keep in mind this home obviously sees a lot of use. We stayed during Aggie family weekend (30ish minutes to Kyle field) so prices are higher but I would definitely stay again in a off season weekday. Bottom line, the unique solitude and awesome setting, great pool keeps this property in the 5 star range even with a few shortcomings.

A wonderful country getaway with lots of wildlife and a fantastic setting if you like the country. Needs a little maintenance and not everything works but still very enjoyable. The host and owner were both fantastic.

We stayed here as a group of 12 adults for a game day weekend. The house is great with plenty of room, towels, beds, etc. We enjoyed the back patio area.
