We are a VRBO Premier Host
Once you set foot in our beautiful home, you will fall in love and never want to leave! The best of everything Nashville has to offer: location, style, and comfort! Meticulously decorated with luxury in mind. Elegant plush-down comforters in every room so you can sleep like a baby. Spa master bath with double vanity and bathtub. We also have a dedicated laundry room that features a front-load washer and dryer set. We also have a Pack-n-Play available for those visiting with little ones.

Located in the bustling, hot section of downtown called "The Gulch". Walk to the Best restaurants in towns, shops, bars, coffee, grocery store, wine store, Barre 3, Barrys Boot Camp and much more.. A short walk gets you to any of the hot spots, lowerBroadway (Honky Tonks), 12South, Germantown, Edgehill Village.

-Pull-out couch bed sleeps 2 Full Size. Located at open loft landing upstairs.

Michael is an incredible host with an amazing home! My husband and I were in a last minute situation trying to find somewhere to stay during Thanksgiving week nearby Vanderbilt Hospital and Michael welcomed us with open arms! His home is not pet friendly, but he allowed our dog to stay given our emergency and his compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. It made a hard week much more manageable! I appreciated so much that he trusted us when it came to our dog to care for his home. The house is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. It is comfortable (the beds!!!!) and clean and in an awesome location. If/when we return to Nashville in the future we will rent again.

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you need. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. The area felt very safe. Communication with the host was excellent. It was the perfect house and location for our girls trip. Definitely recommend!
