Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

Great location. Walking distance to the Gulch. Easy Uber distance from Broadway. Our party of 12 just loved the place. Really nice accommodations. Plenty of supplies. Beautiful home.

This was such an amazing property. We cannot wait to book the next stay. The house was clean and comfortable. This is the perfect property for a trip to Nashville.

This was one of the best family vacations we have taken in awhile. The house size and layout was perfect for my husband and I and our one teen and two young adult children. This house has tons of character but has been updated and stocked with everything you may need. It is in a great location for a home base while touring the sites, sounds and tastes of Nashville. Thank you for having us. We are already looking to see when we can come back.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities and the furnishings were very thoughtful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with excellent parking. The proximity to downtown was perfect for what we were in Nashville to see. I highly recommend this house for any family stay and plan to return!
