The views of the Gulf will amaze you as soon as you walk in the door. You will immediately notice the beautiful décor of the open floor plan of Ocean Reef 1102.
The kitchen is very modern and up to date. It has stunning granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets and all the appliances you would , refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pots (Keurig & Drip), blender and more.
The dining area has a spacious table that will accommodate six. It's a great place to sit for dinner, or board game with the family.
The living area is furnished with the most modern and comfortable furniture, lighting, and flat screen TV and DVD player. You can open the large sliding door and view the Gulf without having to leave the living area. The living room sofa and loveseat are both electric recliners. Enjoy your view and your television entertainment in comfort!
Master suite features luxurious king bed with soft linens, flat screen TV and direct views of the Gulf fading into the horizon. Open up the sliding door and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The second bedroom offers 2 queen size beds, TV and connecting full bath.

The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, para sailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.
Ocean Reef is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Ocean Reef is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park, it is a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population and more. This unit's reserved parking spot is within a feet short feet of the elevator.

The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

The condo and location were perfect! Awesome beach view from a huge balcony. There was a parking issue but Greta’s Beach Rentals was very accommodating.

Wow! What a beautiful condo…from the decorations, furniture, cleanliness, and attention to every detail! The pool and hot tub were so clean and a great temperature (heated pool) as it was a cool and windy week during our stay, but we had beautiful Florida sunshine! I suggest to anyone considering this condo to choose Greta’s! We had a wonderful, relaxing time!

We had a great time ! Condo was very nicely decorated and clean . Only thing was the sink was broken but it got fixed that same day. The view from the condo is perfect and loved that it came wirh beach chairs . Great locating .
