Beautiful typical Spanish villa, very well located in a quiet area, 7 km from DENIA, on a flat plot of 500 m2 completely private, sunny, surrounded by 2 terraces with mature garden and swimming pool. The first floor is made up of a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom (bed 150) with balcony and bathroom. On the ground floor, 1 air-conditioned bedroom, bed 180 with the possibility of separating into 2 beds of 90 with bathroom. Living room with fireplace with an insert (winter) opening onto a sunny covered terrace for pleasant breakfast, kitchen with induction hob, microwave and fridge dishwasher opening onto the terrace and very sunny swimming pool, equipped with garden furniture and beds of swimming pool. Outdoor terrace with large gas plancha, outdoor shower. Swimming pool secured by BETHOVEEN barrier for young children, on request.

A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa and would love to return next year. Fabienne & Marc were excellent hosts and quick to respond and rectify any issues. The villa is so well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the plancha is brilliant. The pool area and garden is particularly fabulous! The location is so peaceful and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
