Rental villa in Denia (Costa Blanca). This beautiful villa with private pool is situated aprox. 1,5km. from the sandy beach, 0,7 km. from the rock beach, 1,5km. from the supermarkets, restaurants and the town Els Poblets and 9km from Denia. With capacity for 6 people. The photos are generalized since we have several villas in the same area. The villa consists of private pool 8x4m. with metal stairs, lawn around the swimming pool, terrace with garden furniture. Inside with lounge dining room with t.v. (satellite), kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub. Air conditioning in the living-room.
Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swimfor a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of tem with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. La limpieza excepcional, equipamiento completo, ubicación cercana a la playa, urbanización muy tranquila y entorno natural.
Algunas zonas exteriores de la casa están un poco deterioradas como las paredes, el césped, y empeoran un poco el aspecto general de la villa.
