All accessible to 2mins walk to downtown, 15 minutes to beach (coves and sandy beach)

Terrace, enclosed garden (palm trees, cork oaks ...) private and independent from the floor.
The ground floor and upstairs are independent.
An intervention of palm gardener treatment is performed once a month
petanque
Markets (Tuesday and Friday); pharmacy; bakery; supermarkets 5 minutes on foot.

Overall we had a good stay. Everything necessary was available in the house and the house itself is in a great location: walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries, several restaurants, easy access to the autoroute going to St Maxime and St Tropez. Even a nice, sandy beach is only about 15 min walking distance. However, you have to go uphill on your way back, which you might want to reconsider if you have little kids.

The house is well equipped and spacious. It is nicely renovated and everything in the house functions very well. Due to danger of fire there is a sort of electric frying pan to use for outside barbeque. Not exactly the real thing, but it works well. The central square is in walking distance and the very nice beaches are 5 minutes away by car. We took night swims where we walked across the square and down to a small stone beach. What a treat to swim at 10 pm.
The owner responds swiftly and the local contact is very service minded.
We can fully recommend the property.

After 2015, we spend in autumn 2016 another two weeks in the house and everything was fine again. Additional information you can find in my earlier post from 2015.
Hopefully we can book the flat in 2017 again.

We could spend our holidays in October 2015 in the house and it was great. The house is situated in a very quiet street, but just a short walk from the center with numerous shopping opportunities, for example:
- 2 supermarkets
- 1 great baker
- 1 organic greengrocer
- Various patisseries
- 1 marketplace
We felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The pictures show very well the local situation. We found it really very nice. To the sea you have to walk not more than 10 minute’s. Up to the first sandy beach it is about 15 minute’s footpath. Near to the house is a beautiful park with a children's playground. The next time in Southern France, we would not hesitate to spend our holiday again in this house. We even hope that the house will be free at this time.
