On the ground floor there is a cellar for storing bicycles, strollers and other equipment. . Beautiful hiking trails are nearby.
The house includes a living room with TV, sofa bed (2 persons), a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs welcomes you with a large bedroom (1 bed 2 places and 1 bed 1 place). The house has been completely renovated to today's taste. If desired, we provide you with all the equipment to welcome a baby.

We liked the apartment very much and felt very welcome by the landlord. It’s a cozy cottage which is decorated nicely. The kitchen is fully equipped and works perfectly. The check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and communication with the landlord was very good. We never had to wait long for a response. Also there is quite a lot to see on the region and the suite is situated close enough to all necessary stores.
There are only two points we would suggest to improve. Electricity is payed extra which we didn’t see in the listing (for us it was less than 50 c per day but if you heat a lot and stay more at the cottage it could maybe impact your cost). And the description of the surroundings would be nice to have in English as well as French.
All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend the Gîte.

The gite is compact and comfortable with large bedroom. A quiet situation but just 5 mins drive from the village which has nice local shops and ArtBar. Although the garden area is compact it is private and surrounded by pleasant countryside and generates a sense of space to roam. It is a well stocked gite with things you might need in the kitchen etc.
The area is typically French and linked to many roads. Nearby villages and towns are quick and easy to reach. Walks along the River Rance are pleasant and suitable for swimming at many points. The Desroy's were very helpful and pleasant, speaking French and English.

We really liked the appartement and the location itself. The landlord is easy-going and very responsive! All in all recommendable!
