Beautiful views of the white sugar sand beach and crystal clear water. Sixty feet long eight feet high glass wall from floor to ceiling along the beach. Sliding glass doors are in bedrooms and living room. All rooms including dining rooms see the beach and ocean.
Large bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets. Master bath has two sinks. This condo is very well equipped to accommodate 7 people. Master has king bed and second bedroom has two queens and roll out bed.
Each room has a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall view of the gulf, and it feels close to the beach from this third floor condo. Watch the beautiful sunsets and relax with your favorite drink at the balcony.
This is a low-density condo, which has only 32 units each building; a total of 64 units! No waiting for elevators. Two parking spaces for each unit are located under the building on the main floor. This is a very nice vacation spot located on the west end of Panama City Beach, yet conveniently located close to all types of dining, shopping, family amusements, and activities at the brand new Pier Park complex! You're close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, and the Panama City Beach Pier Park.

We had an amazing stay this week. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was so spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very kind and responsive to messages before our stay. The beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was wonderful!

Beautiful view, clean condo, nice, well appointed furniture. The only hiccup was the tv connection kept getting disconnected. Highly recommend.

Building is old so you get what comes with that. There is nothing the owner can do about that. Owner was easy to contact and handled issues immediately. Very quiet with no beach crowds. Not a long walk to the beach and having the chairs come with it was a big savings.

PROS: parking, elevator, pool toys, living room, dining room, pool water nice, ice maker worked
CONS: no balcony access from bedrooms, horrible master bath design, not many bath towels-face towels-wash cloths, no coffee filters, finicky dishwasher, 8 stairs from pool deck to beach (no ramp), too many gates with codes to gain access, pool tiles broken or missing, cheap and old balcony furniture
Specific property needs an upgrade. If you are going to make it a point to print the cost of missing linens, you need to also provide an inventory list of quantity of each item. From the very beginning, we felt short on towels and did not know if what we had was accurate or if we had not been provided correctly to begin with.
Having one sink in the master bath in the toleit and shower room where you had to close the door to access the sink was dumb and inconvenient. We were very disappointed that we could not access the balcony from the bedrooms - only 8 inches of width! Dishwasher pods were provided, but no coffee filters. We did not want to purchase a pack of 100 for 6 days worth of coffee.
