About this apartment rental

-Nice 2 rooms indexed 3*** of 40 m ² , being able to accomodate 1 couple.
-Located on the ground floor of a villa near the beach of Péguière (3 minutes walk) and all shops.
-Private and furnished terrace with direct access to the swimming pool .
-Piece to live with fully equipped kitchen area (including dishwasher), sofa, flat screen TV, free WIFI.
-Independent room with king size bed :( 160 x 200), quality bedding, closet ..... (.BEDS MADE AT THE ARRIVAL)
-Bathroom (with washing machine and dry towels) and independent WC. (TOWELRY PROVIDED, except beach towels )
-By the way, non-smoking apartment (we invite you to smoke on the terrace) and our pets are not allowed
-Free and easy parking near the villa
-GARAGE FOR BIKES IN THE PROPERTY
-POSSIBILITY OF ENTERING THE PROPERTY MOTORCYCLES
-A cleaning option (end of stay) is offered for 30 €
On arrival, you will be asked a deposit of 300 € refundable upon departure.

The apartment was just great. Very nice sunny terrace, swimming pool and lots of green around. The neighborhood was very calm and charming. In the apartment you will find everything you need for c a longer stay. Lots of shops and bakery nearby. The owners are very friendly and helpful. ' I really enjoyed my stay there. Merci!
