Enjoy total peace and quiet on the ground floor. Access to the landscaped garden of the residence from the building lobby, and private underground parking for category C cars included.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment is perfect for a small family, a group of friends, or colleagues on a business trip.

## Logement
The comfortable accommodation includes :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a large living room with a second double bed in the sleeping area to relax in after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness.
Other features include
- its south-facing aspect ;
- practicality (easy access);
- the view of the garden from every window. You can take a stroll there by going through the building's lobby
It's like living in a single-storey bungalow!
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking category C, Wi-Fi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fans, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that I don't have a TV.
The apartment is well laid out. You'll find a "Carrefour Market" supermarket in the adjoining building for your everyday needs.

- Quais de Seine (for a stroll) ;
- Chez Dupont (with its cinemas).

With its own shopping mall, Beaugrenelle, and streets full of stores like Rue du Commerce, it's a great place to shop. You'll feel right at home here, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
