Modern and spacious 2-story three-bedroom house with a 2-car remote-controlled garage.
In the CBD, just a short walk to:

*Pier Geelong (12mins walk)
*Geelong Station (6mins walk).
*Western Beach (15mins walk)
Coded keypad for seamless self check-in.

+a 2-storey, 3 bedroom house with queen-sized beds and reverse airconditioning
+3 bathrooms (1 at first floor; 2nd floor: ensuite + 1 bathroom) with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap
+3 living rooms (1 in first floor, 2 in second floor)
+1 washer & 1 dryer with complimentary use of laundry powder, fabric softener and napisan. Outdoor clothesline present.
+kitchen with common kitchen appliances
+First floor living room opens to outdoor alfresco

- Eastern Beach
- The Geelong Gallery, which is one of Australia`s oldest regional art galleries, established in 1896
- Rockpool for kids and dogs currently being built
- Westfield Shopping Centre
- Various cafés, bars and restaurants
- Local massage therapists and beauty salons

- Geelong is the second largest city in Victoria, and is only a 45 minute drive to Melbourne.

- Geelong is approximately 20 minutes drive from several wineries located in the Bellerine Peninsula wineries
It`s easy to get around Geelong by car. Walking is also an option as the house is in very close proximity to the interesting and must see places in Geelong.

2. Standard check-in time is 3PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.
3. VERY STRICT NOISE CURFEW (10PM-8AM)
4. House Rate & Occupancy Limit: 6 guests
5. Must climb stairs (not steep).
6. AMENITY LIMITATIONS:
WE DO NOT HAVE the following:
*backyard or grass area
*bathtub
*Beach amenities
*BBQ amenities
*A house with a view (next to a vacant factory site)
*Not a front beach house
*Netflix guest account

7. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are worried of the possible 2-3 minute noise that might come at around 9.30 am and also around 5.30 pm as the garage of the Geelong eastern beach tourist train for hire is in front of our house. This is not a daily occurrence though.
8. House Airbnb cancellation policy is FIRM. Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.

Out of respect for our neighbours and to maintain the home’s peaceful environment, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
