Welcome to our bright and welcoming home in central Geelong perfect for up to 6 guests. Boasting old-world charm with modern features, it has an open plan living, dining and kitchen space, full bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, private courtyard, garage access plus heating and cooling for year round comfort. The best part? Be at Kardinia Park / GMHBA Stadium, Geelong Waterfront, Barwon River and nearby restaurants and cafes in minutes!

Sleeping up to 6 guests, the house has 2 comfy queen bedrooms (with split system air conditioners) and a third bedroom with 2 single beds — great for families, couples, small groups of friends or workers. The bedrooms all have high ceilings, ornate detailing and plenty of storage.
The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is filled with natural light and plenty of space for you to settle in. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need (large fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, pod coffee machine and more). Guests can enjoy a meal on the breakfast bar, dining room table or spread out in the large living room with flat screen smart TV. Workers can also enjoy access to a desk with chair for any remote meetings.
This home has a full bathroom with shower, bath and beautiful vanity. A seperate toilet is also an added bonus for privacy and convenience. All of your linen and towels are provided, so just turn up, relax and enjoy the Victorian charm the house provides. Outside, the private courtyard is a great spot for a morning coffee or a quiet drink at the end of the day. Guests will also have access to a double car garage and parking directly out the front.

Great homely B & B with a short 5 minute walk to the Geelong AFL home ground. An easy (slightly hilly) walk to all shopping, food and any other facilities required.Check-in was an easy process with a garage for our car was a bonus.
