About this villa rental
Only 7 minutes by car from cala canyelles, 10 minutes from the center of Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes from Tossa de Mar in the pleasant and quiet residential area of Serra Brava. The villa has a grassy garden with trees, with an 8.00 m swimming pool. x 4.00 m, and 1.35 m deep terrace chairs and tables and barbecue at your disposal and also deck chairs for sunbathing.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room which opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
in the first floor you will also find two bedrooms and another bathroom and also a large living room well equipped and very comfortable for a good relax.

We had a perfect stay at this poolhouse rented by juan! The whole house is extremely clean and all of the equipments you need are available at the house! The view is absolutely lovely and juan is a very nice and helpfull host! The pool is great and our kids and ourselves enjoyed it very much! We will be back!

There was an issue with the swiming pool. The owner repaired it but we couldn’t use the swimming pool for 3 days.
The house is on the top of a hill with 10 min drive in tourning roads.
Otherwise the beaches around are nice.
