In a recent gated estate, beautiful corner apartment on the top floor without vis-a-vis.
This apartment offers panoramic terrace of 40 m2 (facing south) breathtaking 180 degree view: view of the canals, the town of Rosas, the protected Aiguamolls Nature Reserve, the sea and the Pyrenees.
It is an ideal vacation spot for a family or friends.
Quiet with easy access to all amenities.
Apartment for 6 people on 70 m2 area (outside terrace). Living room stay equipped with a tv flat screen with decoder TNT, 1 sofa reads. The living area is crossed by two windows directly overlooking the terrace.
The terrace has a lounge modern garden (table where you can dine without any problem 8), 2 sun
American kitchen with a bar (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 shower room with wc and 1 suite in the master bedroom opening onto the terrace (a bed of 150 and dressing).
Another room with 2 beds of 90cm and storage cupboard.
South facing position and direct access to the apartment by elevator.
Private parking in the basement (great place).
A community pool open from June 15 to September 15 at the foot of the channels.

Access to the town center, the sea and its sandy beach 700 meters from the residence.

The apartment was lovely- cannot say enough good things about the terrace- spent much of our time there enjoying the views, breeze and warm weather! Location was close to a grocery store and several restaurants. The parking spot was great as parking was a premium during that busy time of year. The main bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. Air con only in the main living space. Really enjoyed our long visit. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for the second time for three weeks and were extremely satisfied with the facilities available.
The lounge area is large and there is a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable although the shower in the en-suite bathroom was rather small for anyone larger than average although I understand there may well be plans in hand to address this area.
The outside terrace is a huge wrap around area facing a sunny aspect and we spent many happy hours seated in this area admiring stunning views over both the town and the estuary.
We would not hesitate to return to this apartment and can thoroughly recommend this property to any discerning couple/family seeking a comfortable and clean place to stay.
