This apartment is fully equipped and offers quality services (TV, wifi).
You will find all the comfort you want in a cozy atmosphere for a successful stay.
We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, American fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dishes).
Also a bathroom with jet shower cabin. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath sheets).
The bedroom has a 160 bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and secure with security door, safe.
An electronic luggage scale is also available to you in order to avoid the stress of a possible invoicing of excess luggage when you return;)
You can park your vehicle in a private underground car park.
The frequent city water cuts will have no impact on your comfort because the apartment is equipped with a city water tank and a booster pump which take over in order to make these interruptions completely imperceptible.

Our "home" in Guadeloupe was just as advertised. There is a spectacular view of the sea from the apartment. The small grocery store on the 1st floor had everything that we needed for the stay. It was easy to get around on the bus system.

My husband and I came to Guadeloupe celebrating our babymoon. David's apartment was AMAZING!! It has the most beautiful views. We literally watched the sun rise over the ocean everyday! The space was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning (there is a grocery store right below the apartment building). There were even beach chairs and cooler that came in handy since we spent a lot of time at Casa Datcha. Everything you need is within walking distance. Checkin was seamless. David's mom Ena checked us in and was absolutely amazing. She made us feel at home immediately. I would certainly recommend this apartment. I am soooo glad we did not stay at resort. This was wayyyyyyy better!!

Everything one could want, extremely well equipped apartment, and an incredible view. Shops, bakery, beach, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance, but a car highly recommended. Indoor parking, but make sure its a small car, because a big one would be impossible to turn around and get back out again! Some issues with wifi and television were rapidly and effectively dealt with. David and Leila are delightful hosts. Thank you for your welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for walking to the beach as parking is a big issue in Guadeloupe. The villas is equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and cooler. The owner is very attentive when needed and Ena (our greeter) was pleasant. We walked to the pier to take a boat over to La I'ilet of La Gosier. It is a small delightful island with a place to have lunch. We did have a car and the villa has a parking garage next to it that you get to use. We drove to Basse Terre and drove as far as we could to the volcano, if you want to go to the top you will need hiking shoes and rain gear. We heard the wind is very very strong. The marina has shopping and many restaurants. Things to know would be, most places close after lunch and do not open until 6 or 6:30. Bathrooms are hard to find and there is a big language barrier so come prepared with a french book. We did love the island for its cleanliness and friendly people and ranked it in our favorite three along with Nevis and St. Kitts and Grenada.
