About this apartment rental
Enjoy your stay in this little haven of peace with all amenities nearby. Relax by the pool surrounded by its tropical garden or on the beaches of La Datcha and Anse Vinaigri.
The contemporary living room, featuring a TV and a sleeper sofa, opens onto a large 16-square-meter terrace with a partial ocean view where you can unwind.
The bedroom is bright and air-conditioned and overlooks a private courtyard.
Ideally located in the center of the island, you’ll be able to get around easily.
The bedroom features a very comfortable 140 bed, and the living room has a 140 sofa bed as well.
Linens (sheets and towels) are provided.
You won’t be affected by water outages (which are common in Gosier). This apartment is equipped with an 800-liter water storage tank.
You’ll be close to several beaches: Datcha (in the town of Gosier, a 5-minute drive away) and Anse Vinaigri (a 10-minute walk)
For groceries, a “Huit à Huit” supermarket is a 10-minute walk away
You also have access to 2 parking spaces inside the secure parking lot.
The residence’s pool measures 5m x 10m and is chlorinated.
