The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and another ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

2 bathrooms downstairs: the primary ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and tub and the hallway shower/tub combo bathroom.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There is a beautiful dining table that seats up to 8 and overlooks the outdoor living space.
The living room is fitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining room and enjoy an evening of games and entertainment in the living room.
There is an additional living room upstairs that also has a TV & Xbox entertainment system. This space also has a dedicated work space with a desk, chair, and power outlet.

Property Rules:
- No house parties or large gathering unless approved with host prior to arrival.
- No smoking of any kind allowed inside home or within 15 feet of entry points.
- Absolutely no rooftop access.
- Only 1 small dog (-By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
- Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
- Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge.
- No cats allowed, no exceptions.
- Only registered guests allowed to stay overnight.
- Bluetooth speaker must remain on property.
- Quiet time after 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends. There is $100 fee per noise complaint.
- Please remember to lock the doors when you leave.
- There is an exterior Ring doorbell camera and two other exterior security cameras for guest safety and property security.

Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house was very clean, and was as bright and light as the pictures depict. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and included a Nespresso coffee maker and pods, as well as coffee beans and grinder, and a French press coffee pot. We had 6 adults and two children here, and never felt crowded. I love the neighborhood, and it was quiet both night and daytime.

This home was the most perfect vacation rental for our UT Graduation Weekend. We needed several bedrooms and bathrooms and this home had what we needed. The biggest issue for us was we had 4 grandparents in their mid-80's and we needed bedrooms/bathrooms on the bottom floor. This home had two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level which was perfect! Another bonus was the large dining room table that was able to accommodate all of us for meals. The backyard was a perfect extension off the living room and it felt like a part of the home. Check in/out was super easy and there weren't unrealistic check-out expectations on the guests. This was a well stocked home with thoughtful details. I highly recommend this home for large groups who still need space and personal bathrooms.

The house was clean and open. The layout of the bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect for our needs. The location was great since our event was at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden. Eveything we needed to do was so close. We had one person in a wheelchair so the only tricky part was getting in and out on the pavers/gravel walkway, but it was doable.

Although Lamar is close, it is a bit of a walk to get to the shops on Lamar. Zilker is close but it is a mile or more to the park. This location suited us fine. We could get some exercise and go to these places. If you want conveniences within a couple blocks, you won't find that here.
The house is a classic modern design aesthetic. That means it looks cool, with lots of light. It also means the main open "great room" is loud. Sounds will echo. If one person is watching TV, everyone is watching the same show, even if you are in the kitchen or at the dining table.
We had some mechanical challenges while visiting. Some,the host was able to resolve, others they couldn't get someone out to fix so we worked around them. They were quick to respond, which is important.
