About this house rental

Our home is perfectly located within 5 minutes of historic Old Town Albuquerque and Downtown Albuquerque, 7 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport Airport, and within 15 minutes to everywhere in Albuquerque and parts of the city of Rio Rancho.

The home has three beautifully and comfortably designed bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The home can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. The living room sofa is amazingly comfortable and relaxing. All of the beds are very comfortably made with plenty of pillows and luxurious pottery barn bedding.

Guests who choose to stay at our home enjoy a fully furnished and fully stocked home. All one needs to bring to enjoy their stay in our home are their belongings, food, and happiness.

Guests enjoy a 65" living room flat screen television with surround sound, stainless steel and gas stove kitchen appliances, endless warm water showers thanks to the homes tankless water heater system, and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Guests are allowed complete access to the home's interior, front, and back yards. The home is secured with a small private front yard and fully fenced and enclosed backyard equipped with shaded table and chairs, bbq grill, and relaxing enjoyment in a hammock under the shade of a tree over a soothing grassy area.

The home is located in a safe neighborhood on a single entry street, perfect for children of all ages. There is nearby access to paved walking and biking trails, parks, and nature center. Located 5 minutes to Historic Route 66, Old Town Albuquerque, and Downtown Albuquerque, 10 minutes to the popular Nob Hill shopping and dining area, 15 minutes to the International Balloon Fiesta Park, 2 minute access to Interstate 40, and less than 15 minutes to the new and exciting Uptown Albuquerque which boasts all levels of shopping including Nordstrom Rack and upscale dining experiences at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as well as a new state of the art Winrock Theatre.

Children of all ages are welcome. Child's Pack n Play, highchair, and diaper pail available upon request.
