About this apartment rental
Ca'Dolce is located very close to St Mark's square (10min walk) and all of Venice's landmarks, but in a neighborhood still spared by tourism where you can still find Venetians and numerous proximity stores. The flat has been renovated in 2017 and redecorated in 2024. It is made of a living space on the ground floor with living kitchen and sitting room with a corner sofa, a small and modern shower room, 2 double bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with canal views and sporting either 2 single beds or a double bed, and a double bedroom on the first floor with views on a garden on one side and on our private courtyard on the other side, itself facing a typical Venetian canal. Ca' Dolce is ideally located close to Marco Polo airport (reachable in 15min by taxiboat or 40min by Alilaguna boat to Fdte Nove stop then 2 min walk) and Santa Lucia train station (in 15min via Vaporetto Line 1). Ca' Dolce benefits from very fast Internet thanks to fiber to the home WIFI, air conditioning, fully equipped and modern kitchen (Nespresso, induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). We of course supply bedroom linen and towels. Come and enjoy the Venetian life!

The house is beautiful and in a quiet, convenient location. It was really fun watching the boats from the back patio. Rosanna Is wonderful and gave us great directions for the house and the surrounding area. The house is located close to a vaporetto stop and lots of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca'Dolce. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, stylish, and thoughtfully updated. The air conditioning kept us cool and the large washer-dryer was surprisingly efficient, which made traveling with light luggage easy.Communication with the host was smooth and timely from the start, and check-in was effortless. We especially appreciated the helpful directions and clear instructions.The location is ideal, just a 10 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where you can still experience real Venetian life. We loved having local shops and cafes nearby, away from the heavy tourist crowds.Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the canal and garden views gave the apartment a true Venetian charm. The outdoor terrace was so nice to enjoy a quiet evening with a bottle of wine from the local wine store.Highly recommend Ca'Dolce for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and well-equipped home base in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really liked staying here. Rosanna was easy to communicate with and answered any of our questions quickly. Location was great, close to a lot but far enough away from the crowds of people. We loved sitting on the patio and watching boats go by. Laundry was a big plus!
