Everything was advertised. There was a “parking warning” sticker added to my rental which I completely understand, but perhaps using something that doesn’t require crazy removal measures would be helpful

Beautiful House! Perfect Amenities! We spent 2026 Spring Break here and had a perfect time! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We truly enjoyed our stay! Only downfall was the hot tub was not working and the pool was colder than normal the first 3 days. (We paid extra for heat!) After multiple emails, they finally sent someone out to look at it. (But I had to specifically ask them too) And the coil was bad. They were timely and fixed it the very next day, but I'm giving a two in communication because I had to reach out multiple times, and requested they send someone out, because it wasn't working. Otherwise we enjoyed the property very much!!

House is beautiful and comfortable for large families. Amenities in the resort are nice. Only negative is the lanai furniture is damaged, which makes it uncomfortable and the living room furniture is peeling and stained giving it a dirty feel. Replace those pieces and the place would receive much higher recommendations. Thanks again. We look forward to visiting again and hoping to see newer furniture

House was clean and well suited for our family, however we couldn't adjust the HVAC to get the house cooler. Something about the coils freezing up and we would be responsible for said repairs. There are no ceiling fans to counter this issue. The house was not cool for our liking especially in FL. Also parking sucks. This house has alot of room for a large family but only parking for 2 cars and thats with one in the garage.
