About this apartment rental

This two-bedroom apartment is completely renovated and equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The two bedrooms both feature queen-size beds, perfect for a restful night`s sleep. Each bedroom also has a desk for laptop use and ample storage space for your belongings.

The kitchen is bright and airy, equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge and oven. Everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or snack.
There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

The bathroom features a shower and toilet, providing ample space for you to get ready for the day.

The location near metro station Petřiny provides great connection to the city centre.

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.

If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.

Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
