This cozy farmhouse is in the heart of the Ozarks! A beautiful two-bedroom house restored in 2022 is set in the middle of a working 160 acre cattle farm and is fully equipped for your comfort. The house sits on the top of the hill and has a commanding view of the surrounding hills. The sunsets are beautiful! After a short drive down a dirt road, you are 21 mi from Eureka Springs, 25 mi from Big Cedar/Top of the Rock resort, 45 mi from the Buffalo river or Branson, MO and we are surrounded by four lakes.

My wife and her friend had such a peaceful and relaxing stay here! They loved the quiet atmosphere, cozy setup, and especially seeing the cows nearby. It was the perfect little getaway to slow down and unwind.The location was also great… close to all the places they wanted to visit while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. The house had everything they needed and felt very comfortable and welcoming. They’d definitely stay again!

I love coming here. It's almost too hard to put into words. The property is peaceful and quiet unless you hang out at the fence and all the cows come to talk to you. lolThe house has everything you need in the kitchen, utility room and bathroom. There is a water dispenser if you don't like the well water. The front porch swing is a great place to read and there is also a grill and charcoal to use. It's a great experience.

Very wonderful stay, quiet and beautiful! The house was perfect, comfortable beds, clean and tastefully decorated. I will stay again if we come back to the area.
