LARKSPUR LANE #5 (Sleeps eight/2400 Sq. Feet) $220 per night (W$205) NEAR MARINA, HOT TUB! Three-bedroom three-bathroom home with one-car garage. Master bedroom suite is on the main level and has a KING BED, private ¾ bath, wood laminate floor, sliding glass doors to a large 10x40 deck, and 25-inch TV. Second and third bedrooms are downstairs and have queen beds. Also downstairs is a family room with full bath, POOL TABLE, queen sleeper sofa, sliding glass doors to large shaded 10x40 deck, 27-inch TV, and DVD/VCR. Living room has vaulted ceilings, wood laminate floor, half bath, and 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV. Dining room has sliding glass doors for access to upper deck with a winter lake view. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MARINA. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.
Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
