About this house rental
This is a oversized 3200 sq.ft plus house!! West end private beach community. Bring the whole family up to nine guests to this great place with lots of room to enjoy. Full amenities including washer and dryer. 5 minutes walking away to beach front entertainment. Three stories with full bath and kitchen. Almost 360 balcony through house to view sunset and bayside view. The property is monitored and sensor by ring alarm application. The alarm will be off during your stay. There are five outside camera that are not recording nor active at all .the cargo lift is not in use.

• West End beach houses allow a maximum of four cars to park in the driveway.

I contacted the owner ahead of time because it sounded too good to be true-he was fast to respond and put my concerns at ease. The property was better than expected and my family and I had a wonderful time! Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return!
