Aside from the online water heater going down and out party of 8 all took cold showers, we can't complain. The owner tried to address. Tons of beach chairs, corn hole, a canopy or two, wagon. PacknPlay. Charcoal grill. Outdoor shower in a nice beezy patio are a huge plus. Great upstairs patio. Excellent neighborhood. Pool is very close to the house. Beach is a quick drive.

For a 3 bedroom, the price was great. It was clean, but everything was dated, uncomfortable furniture, and washer needed repaired. 30-40 minutes to town, not goodrusted and some pieces were hazardous.
