The bedrooms open onto a terrace with spectacular sea views, providing an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks.
The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated swimming pool, barbecue grill, and chic outdoor furniture nestled in a tranquil garden. The private pool can be heated up to twenty-eight degrees, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and gatherings with family and friends around the BBQ grill.
Inside, the open-concept living area is designed with large bay windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining together. Beautiful property 30mins from Nice centre and 10 mins from the promenade at St Laurent du Var. It is a bit isolated so a car is needed to get about, especially to the Supermarket but otherwise nice and peaceful with great views. Uber is not the most reliable there. Jean Paul, the owner, was very helpful and acommodating. Overall, wonderful.

This house is perfect for a family who likes a clean modern central house in the Cote d'Azur.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all kind of furniture; the beds are very nice, bathrooms perfect.
If there is something; Tracey is always there (we needed her just 1 time in the 12 days we stayed in the house; everything was perfect and okay).

This is a great property. Fabulous pool, fabulous view and to be honest. I struggled to find anything it didn’t have.
It’s a short drive from Saint Laurent Du Var and the train to Nice and Monaco or Cannes. There was some difficult getting taxis both Uber and local but it worked out eventually. Really quiet at night and not for those who wish to be in the middle of things with the ability to walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this to any family. Tracey was in contact with us prior to arrival which made everything happen smoothly and efficiently.
