Experience the best views in Orange Beach at Grand Pointe 314! Our completely renovated and professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo is located directly on the beach and is perfect for your family and friends!
Grand Pointe Condominium is rich in amenities and has the best location in Orange Beach! It is surrounded by the crystal blue water from the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Perdido Pass to the east. Each morning you will have the breathtaking experience watching the boats enter the Gulf. It is walking distance to several award-winning restaurants, marina, spa, shopping, entertainment, and more. The best fishing in Baldwin County is on the rocks by the Perdido Pass!
Our 4bed/4.5 bath condo sleeps 11 adults comfortably. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and there are two master suites with King Beds. Our condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated in 2023. In addition, the exterior of Grand Pointe Condominium has recently been updated with an exterior painting, new roof, and outdoor pool and common area renovation!

My family and I like to visit Grand Pointe yearly if possible, and this unit was one of the best. Will definitely try to book again. The added baby supplies, toiletries, and beach gear allowed us to pack much lighter than we usually would.

Our four-year-old granddaughter summed up our entire stay in the first few minutes we were there. “Guys! Isn’t this just wonderful!!!”We appreciated the attention to detail so we understood how to put all the kitchen items back in place, the labeled light switches, the black washcloths labeled “makeup.”The availability of borrowing beach toys was so helpful when one or ours met its demise.We loved the unit, the thoughtful touches and the location so much that some members of our party suggested it should be a well-kept secret However, we have shared with many people how great it is.We can’t wait for a return visit.
