About this villa rental
Located 300 meters from the historic village of Bormes-les-Mimosas and a 10-minute drive from the beaches, this spacious family home spans 3 floors.
Magnificent infinity pool (12 m x 4.5 m) with spacious pool decks.
and a shaded dining/cocktail area next to the pool.
The house has several terraces. The largest one, perfect for dining (60 m²), offers a panoramic view of the sea and the Îles d’Or. Its rooms:
- Fully equipped kitchen/family-style living room: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances. A bar area separates the kitchen from the dining room.
- Sleeping arrangements: 2 master suites with 160 x 200 beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, one bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, and two single beds in the living room.
LINEN RENTAL AVAILABLE: 1 set (bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels)—please notify us and pay before your arrival. Linens can be changed weekly.
- Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (master suites) + 1 shower room + 1 powder room
- 2 toilets
- 1 garage with: washing machine in the laundry area, 1 refrigerator.
- Parking: 1 parking area for 2 cars + 1 car on the garage ramp
- A game room with a sofa and a bar
- The 3rd-floor terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea and the islands. It offers a peaceful spot to relax in the hammocks for reading or working remotely.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2,000 euros will be required, which will be refunded after your departure.
- Pets allowed; 10 €/day surcharge

We had a two weeks stay in this house with family and friends. The location is great; on walking distance to the charming center of Bormes-les-Mimosas and easy by car to Le Lavendou.
The house itself is very traditional, but the very nice pool and stunning view compensates that.

An absolutely amazing holiday destination, villa is spacious with a stunning overflow pool and the views are breathtaking. The beautiful village of Bormes is minutes walk away with great restaurants and a fabulous market every Wednesday. Would totally recommend a stay here and look forward to returning to this gem again next year.

House was spacious for our group of 10, including 3 children under 10. The infinity pool held a special resonance for time well spent under clear blue skies, enjoying water and sun and stunning vistas of the Mediterranean beyond the hillsides dotted with red tiled rooftops of neighboring La Levandou. Our group had another 2 houses accommodating our extra numbers. We were able to host a gathering one night for all of us, particularly enjoyable since it was yet another reunion after the wedding in Gonfaron of my niece & her new spouse at their memorable Chateau in the midst of vineyards. A vacation to remember for a long time to come. House was comfortably bare bones rather than luxurious but suitable for our purposes. More room fans and screens on doors might have discouraged flying creatures of the night from wandering in. Infrastructure also could benefit from repairs of crumbling plaster walls downstairs. Overall, happy with our house and pool, and particularly with the medieval village of Bormes. Thank you to the owners for sharing their space with us.

The view from the house is fantastic. From the house it is only abt five minutes walk to the center of Bormes old village with several retaurants, bars and shops.
