About this apartment rental
Beautiful studio that enjoys incredible views over the city and the mountains. It has large panoramic windows with a large terrace, is ideal for 1 or 2 people, has a comfortable double bed, soft cotton sheets, smart TV32, WIFI with high speed, towels, kitchen equipped with the necessary if you enjoy cooking. Located in a safe, quiet area and relatively close to the center. It is within walking distance of Parque Taoro (La Sortija), bar, cafes and mini market.
The apartment is cozy, with lots of natural lighting, it is an open space with white walls which provides a cool, very comfortable environment ideal for relaxing. The recent reform has a modern decoration. In the kitchen there is a microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, classic Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, induction hob and varied utensils. It has a large closet, hangers and dresser to organize your clothes. It has free High Speed Wifi with Fiber and Movistar TV channels (series, sports and football). The terrace is sunny and with a fantastic view towards the Orotava Valley, without buildings, without noise, you will surely like to sit there for breakfast (listening to the birds sing) or have dinner contemplating the beautiful landscape lit at dusk. It is certainly an excellent option to spend your days in Puerto de la Cruz, book it and come to enjoy
The entrance to the apartment is very comfortable because it is located at street level (although it is located on the fifth and last floor) so it is not necessary to use the elevator. The corridor that gives access to the apartment is open and independent, the building is very well maintained recently painted. One of the terraces of the building serves as a solarium with shower, it is commonly used for all the inhabitants of the building, although guests usually walk about 15 minutes to visit Playa Jardín, Lago Martiánez or if you come by car 1 km away Plaza del Charco, Loro Parque, Plaza Europa and other places of interest (you can ask me if you want more information or if you want to know the local events during your stay)
My husband Raul and I hand over the keys personally, we will accompany you to the apartment to explain the operation, access and to provide any information you need from the area and we will also remove them before your check out. I am in constant communication with my guests for anything they need or need, please ask me to inform you that I will gladly help you. I am available 24 hours for an emergency.
The keys are personally delivered by my husband Raul or I, at the time we agree by phone or by messages we will wait for you at the door of the building, it is therefore very important that you indicate it to us before your arrival.

I found the small apartment as described in the ad. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is no "normal" coffee machine and no German television program. But otherwise everything is available. The landlords are very nice and helpful. You can walk to La Paz and downtown Puerto, Tenerife is always downhill or uphill. A small supermarket, the Taoro Park and some nice bars are within easy walking distance. I also always found a parking space near the apartment. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. We were very happy with our stay, it was a clean and bright, well equipped apartment. Lovely view. A few things I’d like to mention: A queen size bed for two people is indeed too narrow, and leads to sleep deprivation. Would also recomend adding a couple of regular drinking glasses and teaspoons... I am sorry to say, but the neighbour’s dog in the white «moorish» villa across from our balcony, unfortunately kept us awake many late nights. But finally, our host Tahis was exceptionally kind and caring, we had a memorable stay. 😀🌺👍

Tahis and her husband were adorable at our arrival with some nice attentions. The studio itself was really pleasant and clean, perfect for two persons ! A lot of cleaning products and cooking utensils are provided, to make it more comfortable. While we were there, noise hasn't been a problem.
The studio gives to a wonderful view, and the photos are faithful to the place.
I rented a car, and for the two weeks we were there, there was no problem to park it in front of the building. The place is at a 20 minutes walk from the center of the city (and that's quite close) if you're not afraid of climbing up and down the hill. A lot of shops to run errands are close from it.
Thanks again for all the attentions, I'm really glad I chose this stay.
