About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in 1. Floor of a multiple dwelling in cultivated environment. The size of the apartment (83 sqm) makes the stay for up to 4 people possible. There is now a cot and a baby chair.
From the large roof terrace (80 sqm) you have views to the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide. On the terrace you can enjoy magical sunrises and sunsets. Table, chairs, loungers and a large parasol allow longer stay on the terrace. This roof terrace is only used by the tenants of this apartment.
But even in the apartment you will feel good. The modern living room connects you to a TV with satellite connection with many channels.
Now with wireless connection !!
Refrigerator, freezer and a four plate stove with ceramic hob allow self-sufficiency especially for long-term stays. On the roof terrace there is also a washing machine.
A one-way street leads to the apartment and you will usually find a parking space in front of the house.
To the center of Puerto de la Cruz you go 20 min. The beach (black sand) is 2 km away.

Wir waren fünf Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben sie vom ersten Augenblick genossen: großzügig, hell, geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet - die Dachterrasse haben wir besonders genossen und bis auf zwei Ausnahmen (Calima und Handwerker) jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was für den Alltag gebraucht wird, einschließlich einer kleinen Bibliothek, falls der mitgebrachte Lesestoff ausgeht.
Die Wohngegend ist insgesamt zwar ruhig, aber auch sehr lebendig. So gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mehrere Schulen, sodass die Lebendigkeit der Kinder unsere Herzen erfreute, vor allem, weil sie für den Karneval übten und viel sangen.
Auch ein um die Ecke liegender Treffpunkt für Kinder und Jugendliche, auf dem voller Energie auf Skateboards, Rollern, BMX-Rädern etc. geübt wurde, hat uns gefallen, weil es ein Stück Normalität des spanischen Alltags widerspiegelte.
Der Gang zum Strand und ins Zentrum beträgt ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten und ist auf mehreren Wegen zu erreichen.
Die Atmosphäre der Wohnung, des Hauses und der Gegend ist ausgesprochen angenehm.
Die Abreise ist uns schwergefallen und wir können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen .

We had an excellent 3 month winter stay at this apartment, had a few issues but were resolved quickly. We never met our host, he was always at the end of the telephone. We would like to see the bathroom refurbished. Carol and Laurie Peacock. ENGLAND
