The apartment has a wonderful and well-lit view of the sea that you can enjoy - for example - with breakfast on the terrace or at any time of the day from the large picture window in the living room. You can admire almost 180° the parade of boats returning to the port of Bénodet or up to the Odet River in Quimper.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small three-storey house, in a quiet area and overlooks the large garden that surrounds the building.
This property is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and a 10-minute walk from the sea, Bénodet's main beach, the thalassotherapy center and the city center.
We host partners of the Thalasso center and thus allow you to benefit from a 10% discount on public prices (treatments, treatments and à la carte packages, gift vouchers, boutique cosmetic products).
This apartment was completely renovated in 2015 with modern furnishings and designer décor. The windows and blinds were changed in 2019. The oven is also new (2019). Practically, the apartment has a bedroom with two beds and a large living room with a leather sofa bed. The apartment is officially classified in a 4-star category by the Federation of Travel Agencies.
Free wireless high-speed internet access, 32-inch TV, built-in media player (bring your hard drive), DVD and Blu-ray player, iPhone Ipad music stand (connection slot - no lightning), washing machine, dishwasher.
Private outdoor parking visible from the apartment (room number 7).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Please note that sheets and towels are optional 40 euros for two people, 60 euros for 4 people.
Bénodet is a beautiful seaside resort that enjoys an exceptional situation facing the Glénans archipelago (which is among the 20 most beautiful locations in France according to L'Internaute in September 2015), at the mouth of the river l Odet. There are many leisure activities: walks by the sea (coastal paths), a trip to the Glénan Islands by boat, kayaking in Odet, all sailing sports, golf, cinema (in Bénodet itself), treatments or swimming pool in the thalassotherapy center from Bénodet, gastronomy ...
In addition to the rental price, you provide a tourist tax of 77 cents/person/day for the municipality of Bénodet (not valid for children under 13 years old).
from October to April, electricity billing in addition to the real one (meter reading), because electric heating.
Except in autumn and winter, arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.
All year round, arrivals are impossible on Sundays, Mondays and holidays.
Check-in can be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-out must be made before 11:00.
Pets are not allowed.

Great location nice living space but1 Car parking space unclear2 hot water is from a 100 litre tank that is heated overnight and does not last the day 3 Kitchen extractor hood filters must need replacement as they add rather than remove odours Too much storage space taken up by owners stuff
