Enjoy the charm of the renowned seaside resort of Bénodet (5 stars), with this very beautiful one-bedroom apartment, very bright, completely renovated and carefully decorated, offering a maximum capacity of 4 people and ideal for a couple (44m²).
It is located on the 1st floor of an exceptionally quiet apartment block, with a magnificent sea view, suitable for a pleasant holiday.
The large living room has a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, a TV (107 cm), a kitchen open to the living room. This kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a traditional mini-oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an electric filter coffee maker , toaster, kettle.
A terrace with 1 table and 2 chairs will allow you to take advantage of the breathtaking sea view, to eat or lounge.
On the night side, you will be offered a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 1 cabinet with 2 double sink drawers, 1 towel radiator and 1 hairdryer.
The toilets are separate.
The bedroom overlooks a very pleasant landscaped environment and has a large bed with optimal comfort (160 x 200 cm with high quality bedding), 1 large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.
Plenty of storage will ensure a stay without clutter!
A private parking space in the basement is reserved for you, surface spaces are also available around the residence, bikes are available for your walks.
The residence is ideally located, close to two sandy beaches at 5 minutes on foot, close to all shops, restaurants (whose business cards of the best addresses will be available), a cinema, a casino and a fully renovated Thalasso (all 500 m away).

Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement car il est réellement tres agréable, tres fonctionnel et joliment aménagé. Vue mer appréciable depuis le balcon terrasse.

Bel appartement avec vue exceptionelle mais le ménage laisse à désirer et la literie est a changer (matelas en partie ecrasé)
Enfin il aurait été souhaitable que le client soit prévenu avant le paiement que la place dans le garage n'est pas en realité disponible à cause de travaux que l'on ne sait pas quand ils seront réalisés …

Très bel appartement idéalement situé. Propriétaire très cordial et formalités arrivée/départ très simple. En bref, un très bon séjour et une adresse à conserver. Merci beaucoup.
