Welcome to the new Sunkissed Hills on stunning Crystal Lake in Benzonia, MI! This exquisite 3 level home boasts 5 Bedrooms, 4 full baths, & 50 feet of private frontage right on serene Crystal Lake. This home features modern finishes throughout and breathtaking views of Crystal Lake; renowned for its Caribbean blue hues. Enjoy the walkout lower level leading to backyard space & your private dock.

Upstairs you'll find 4 Bedrooms, including a primary suite with a full ensuite bath, as well as an additional full bath. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a plush king, as well as an additional bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a queen, and a bunk room.
On the main floor, there is another primary bedroom with a plush king bed, featuring an ensuite full bathroom.
The chef's kitchen contains high end appliances for all your cooking needs, and a cozy living space with a TV, and a dining room with a wet bar just off the kitchen.

The cottage is right next to a public boat launch for easy boating access. While we welcome you to bring your boat, note that you cannot tie it off to the dock.

Beautiful home! Even nicer than pictured! And the dock on Crystal Lake was so fun.

First of all, we would like to say that we enjoyed our stay and the house. BUT there were some issues.1) We were not able to arrive during daylight hours and we tried using google & waves for directions, it got us close but not directly to the house. If we had had written street by street instructions from Frankfort Hwy it would have avoided a lot of stress after a long drive.2) The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. 3) Once the morning hit and we were able to survey the entire property our only suggestion would be to better address the outside. The house was encased with cobwebs and spiders. As my son and I were out cleaning the webs off the front door and back deck. All window screens and windows were all covered with webs and spiders. We do realize that with the lake and woods some of this is expected but what was on the outside of your property was way above the norm. The inside was relatively clean, the floors not so much. We bought a swiffer and swiffered the floors to remove the grit on the floors. 4) the kitchen was spot on and supplied with pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals. 5) Trash issue, not sure if a second trash can is a option but with our arrival the trash can was completely full. Ashley did come and take some trash bags for us on Monday. Your neighbor Katie was kind enough to allow us to use her trash can to put some garbage bags in for the pickup on Wednesday. The trash can was full when we left on Friday.
