Well maintained and clean property. The house was perfect for our group of 4 but had plenty of room for a larger number of people or families with kids. Lots of nice flat outdoor space at the back with two larger decks and a large pond. Beautiful area and although it feels remote, you're one 5-10 mins from Canandaigua. Easy access to the other lakes and wineries and cideries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

This home was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would gladly rate it 5 stars if not for one issue: the need for an exterminator to treat for stink bugs. Unfortunately, they weren’t just outside but also inside—kitchen, hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Over the course of our stay, we had to kill around 15–20 of them, which was a nuisance.That said, everything else about the property was excellent. The large deck was perfect for relaxing, the kitchen (with two seating areas) was great for meals, and the basement offered plenty of space. Bedrooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, check-in and check-out were effortless, and the house was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.I would absolutely stay here again—just maybe in winter, spring, or summer rather than fall, until the stink bug issue is addressed. With that resolved, this place would be a solid 5-star stay.

We loved the house and the location, it has a large open kitchen space, which is important to foodies like us. Parking was plentiful, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great family get-together!

The backyard and deck were quite nice, except the seat cushions never dried out (wet bottom). Ants were constantly back and forth on kitchen counter so we kept snacks on the island. Master bathroom sinks did not drain without sticking something under the drain plugs. No central AC, bedrooms got very hot and muggy. Basement really smelled musty, and that was where extra bathroom and lounge were. Entry door lock code VERY difficult to get to work. Takes 4-5 tries each time. Accordian door to trash closet off the hinges just hanging there. Next time we will choose a private propert and host instead of Vacasa.
