About this house rental
This property was formally a firehall in downtown Canandaigua. Walking distance to everything. Gorgeous and striking renovation in this nearly 3000 square feet loft. Plenty of parking. Completely renovated, perfect for a get away, family gathering, girls/guys weekend, bachelorette parties. So much charm with the original hardwood floors 5 queen beds, 1 full, futon and Manhattan sofa for bigger groups. 2 large bathrooms, soaker tub, large full kitchen, dining area and living room. 3 TVs with cable and wifi. If your looking for a finger lakes getaway this is the perfect location. Quiet and private yet right in the heart of downtown. Across the street from our famous restaurant and brewpub where we feature 32 micro brews on tap including our own. Perfect place for a group interested in coming to a concert a CMAC, a trip to the lake, skiing at Bristol Mountain, wedding event, wine trips or beer trail.

Definitely in need of updating. Terrible musty smell when entering that carries to the upstairs. One bathroom door didn’t lock. Told we would have 4 parking spots, only had 3, yet I was charged the 50 for extra person but owner seemed to not really care when told about the parking stating @she apologized for someone else’s mistake” … last thing I wanted to do was call her at 11pm after returning from wedding regarding parking so 2 people who lived not far away ended up just driving home, wasn’t worth the hassle to find public parking at that time of night. There are MUCH better choices if looking for somewhere to stay in Canandaigua.
