Every part of booking this home, reaching out to the property management company with questions, checking in and checking out was very smooth. Everyone I worked with at the property management company was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Check in was very efficient, we were even able to check in a little earlier than expected. The house is very clean and just as pictured. The beach is a short 6-8 minute walk away. Use of the elevator would be helpful with hauling luggage in and out, but overall, this was a great find and we would book again!

This place was as beautiful and clean as the photos online. We loved the location, walkable to the Village and beach plus the canal across the street with a dock.Unfortunately, the walk-in closet in the Primary Bedroom was locked. There was no dresser or hanging space for the Primary Bedroom and nothing to put our suitcases on for access. The shower in the Primary Bedroom was not useable. The beautiful roof top patio was not accessible. I understand hurricane damage but we could have been given notice. That was a selling point for the teenager in our group. Also, the shuffle board table was not there. The garage was decked out with sufficient games, toys and beach necessities. With 3 days worth of wedding activities, the Primary Bedroom amenities were seriously missed. It is a beautiful place in a wonderful location but I don't feel like we got everything we paid for.
