About this villa rental
Siesta Key 3 Bedroom, 3 ½ bath, 2900 Sq Ft.
We are now offering our 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Villa with Wi-Fi throughout for you to enjoy your stay in Siesta Key. Just 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks to The Village makes this the perfect location for your beach vacation. Walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Our luxurious Villa has a spacious 2 car garage. Your private elevator makes it easy to get around the house and is great for taking in groceries, luggage from the garage to all floors and up to the rooftop. The villa has high ceilings.
The main floor has the laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, large family room, big screen TV, dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen island that seats 6. A screened in patio is just off the kitchen with a patio table that seats 4. The kitchen has modern appliances including a wine cooler and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain.
The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated, share a full bathroom have queen beds, large closets and TVs with a lounge chair in the main quest room The spacious plush carpeted master bedroom features French doors to a walk-out balcony overlooking the pool, king size bed, office desk, Wi-Fi Printer, 2 large his and hers walk in closets, spacious bathroom with an oversize bathtub, granite top double sink vanity, large mirror and walk in shower.
If you want to kick back, watch the game or hang out take the stairs or elevator to the top floor [rooftop]. Here you have a wet bar with mini fridge, microwave, ice maker, large TV, full bathroom and a couch that can fold out to a queen bed should you decide to use the room as a fourth bedroom. From here, grab a cocktail and go out on the large roof top and sit around the firepit with friends and family or relax in the lounge chairs and enjoy the partial view of the gulf and the sounds of Siesta Key.
The pool is right off the garage door. It is heated during the winter [cool] months. Its a shared pool.
Ready to go to the beach - grab the beach buggy and load it up with beach chairs and all the toys we have available and stroll down to the beach.. When you get back there is an outside hot water shower next to the door to wash off your flip flops and the beach sand between your toes. ENJOY.

We had a fabulous week at this gorgeous home!! The home had everything we could need and more for our week away! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay!

The Villa was perfect for our family. Ages 18months to 79. The home offered everyone a place of their own and many places to hang out and make family memories. We experienced Red Tide for a few days early in our stay but the pool was perfect till the Red Tide cleared out. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the village. The Villa had everything we needed for the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach for sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Everything about this property is wonderful! Stocked with every amenity you can possibly imagine. We have been to this area 5 times and we loved this house so much that we are already booking it for our next visit. Vicky was easy to communicate with and truly cares about her guests feeling like they are at home. She makes it so easy for everyone to have a good time. This is one of those homes we want to tell everyone about yet also want to selfishly keep to ourselves so it is always available to us. If you get the opportunity to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

I really do not know where to begin, this place was absolutely perfect! From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we selected the right place for us. Vicky, thought of everything we would ever need for our extended stay. We stayed for three weeks and I wish we could have stayed longer!The home was so nice and clean, which is really important to us when we rent a unit. I have so many good things to say, so I will try and highlight as much as I can.1. The beds were so comfortable. This is important to us when we travel. Lots of pillow options were also available.2. We loved the quality of everything in the kitchen. It was not "rental" grade anything....top of the line for all kitchenware. We cooked many meals there and did not need a thing!3. I think we spent every single morning and many evenings on the screen porch. It is perfect!!!!! So many memories made around that table!4. The beach is so close for those that want the beach. We only went a few times. We loved just using the beautiful pool instead! It is a shared pool, but we did not feel crowded. We actually made some good friends who stayed in the other unit.5. The location is what was an added PLUS! WOW! We are walkers and this place was in such a great location. We walked for necessary groceries, we walked to dinner or a drink at any of the great places in the village and of course walked to shop!6. Vicky the owner, was super great and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! Her communication was top notch. We travel about 3-4 times a year, and each time with VRBO. Vicky has been the best so far!!!!!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful home. We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!
