The condo is perfect for a short stay in Nashville. It was clean and the host was wonderful. The description does mention the location is near many homeless. While they were harmless you are definitely surrounded by that element. We walked a lot and there is no escaping it. Hopefully the area will continue to build up and it will become more pedestrian friendly. We went to the pool area on Friday afternoon. No chairs available m. It’s small relative to the building.

Beautiful condo. Close to Broadway restaurants and bars. Host thought of every small detail from a variety of coffee and snacks to makeup washcloths. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and balcony that had the best views of DT.

The place was modern and nice, clean and functional all as advertised. The homeless mission in the neighborhood was mentioned but to call it a walkable to Broadway condo was not an accurate description. Our group was scared to walk down the sidewalk with the plethora of homeless people sleeping along the sidewalk and walking all around the condo. We had a local guest come visit and she was scared to walk down the street to the condo with all the homeless people all over the area, one of the men in our group had to go down the road and escort her in.
