The spacious deck features beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains. Inside the home, the leather sofa faces the smart tv, armchair, and contemporary decor. Steps away is the dining table for 4, and a dedicated coffee station. When it is time to whip up your next meal make use of the fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances, and cookware you’ll need. Just off of the kitchen you will find the laundry area.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 Twin beds.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit.
- 2 parking spaces are provided.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 20 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Nice but a few thing’s that could be better. The sliding door to the balcony won’ wouldn’t lock, the outside of the refrigerator’s door was dirty , and the furniture wasn’t the best in the living room.

Booking and communication was very easy and smooth. Though not expecting to be in the second floor of a condo, it was a perfectly adequate place for a family of 5. I was a little disappointed in the sparseness of cooking utensils but everything else was good.
