We really loved the location of this condo, being able to ski in/out so easily. It's on a green run and there's a free lift that takes you up to connect over to ticketing etc, so even if you need to get new lift tickets you can ski out.The condo has great space for a group with adults and kids, separate living area for kids on the lower level. And really great space for ski season, with a mud room for boots and outerwear and bench, ski locker outside for skis/poles, and a great storage all around for everything that comes with a winter trip.Great updates to the condo, everything was clean and comfortable and easy to use.Hope to be back to Jay Peak in the near future and will definitely try to rent this property again.

Overall great stay, recently updated, great location - no hot tub, poorly equipped kitchenThis rental was well taken care of, super clean, a good setup for adults and kids and in a great location with true ski in/out access to the Village double making it easy to get over to Tramside or Stateside while getting fully geared up in the comfort of your condo instead of the lodge.A few downsides keep this from being 5-stars:1.) At least on VRBO this is listed as having a hot tub. While some condos in this block do have hot tubs this one does not.2.) The kitchen is in great shape and clearly recently renovated with high quality appliances however the only kitchen prep knife in the condo was a bread knife. If you are planning on cooking in the condo I bring a knife roll or be prepared to get creative with your method3.) There was a significant amount of goop from previous guests at the bottom of the oven. We didn't realize this until the oven filled the condo with smoke which continued to set off the very sensitive smoke detectors over the course of 45 minutes or so which, with two infants in the house, was not ideal.
