The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was great! The location was great!The property mgmt was super responsive. The manager on sight was really nice and super responsive as well. Loved him!!!This is not a complaint, just some info I would have liked to have before arrival;The unit does not have it's own wifi. You are using the Jay Peak Resort public wifi. The wifi does not work perfect in all the rooms. Also, due to no wifi in the condo, the TV has only satellite stations, if you're hoping to stream from any of your streaming services..you will need to have an hdmi cable and a device that can run off either the public wifi or cellular data in order to stream movies/tv etc. Other than that! The place was great! It was super clean, the set up was great. The ski/in/out was perfect!!! luckily we happened to have an hdmi cable with us and were able to watch movies at night:) Again the property manager was the BEST!!Thanks so much!!
