Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from two massive decks, or relax with unobstructed views of the Intercoastal Waterway from two spacious back balconies. Upstairs master with a king bed and twin daybed combo, featuring an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Bunk room with four queen beds (bunk over bunk) and two twin trundles.

Downstairs offers two bedrooms with king beds.

The property spans from the highway all the way to the beach, offering convenient access and breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway. Surfside Beach is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uncrowded shores, perfect for a peaceful escape. You’ll enjoy direct access to the beach via a private 100-foot walkover, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing just steps from the house.
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with a mix of vacation homes and permanent residents. While you’ll feel like you’re in your own private oasis, you’re just a short drive away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Surfside's natural beauty, combined with its friendly community, makes it a perfect destination for relaxation and fun. Whether you're here to explore or simply unwind, the location of this home provides everything you need for a memorable coastal experience.
Getting around Surfside is a breeze! There's a convenience store located right across the street for any quick needs. You'll also find several restaurants and local spots just a short drive or walk away. For added fun, the entire island can be easily explored using our golf cart, available for rent. Cruise along the beachfront, visit nearby shops, or enjoy the local dining options — everything is within easy reach to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible!

Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for guest use, but we kindly ask that you follow the provided care instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Elevator Use: Our home is handicap accessible with a full indoor elevator. Please handle the elevator with care and only allow adults or supervised children to operate it.
Beach Gear: Feel free to use any beach gear provided, but please return it in good condition for the next guests.
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you observe quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Trash Collection: Trash collection is scheduled twice a week. Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the designated bins by the curb on collection days.

It was a great stay of me and my family with lots of amenities. It's a fairly new property and well kept, and a great location, about midsection between public beach access. This means the beach traffic was low. Private decked walkway goes all the way from property to beach. Very unique is the elevator which was very helpful with getting our "stuff" upstairs :).

We enjoyed this property tremendously! Lots of space to spread out and sleep! Well appointed. Best part was not having to strip beds and clean before we left. Will definitely be back!

The Britt Family was super helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed the Surfside Beachfront Paradise and will return. The elevator had plenty of room for one of us parents to escort our son up the elevator in his wheelchair. The elevator travels to all three floors and each floor has restrooms and bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. As a parent of a child with a disability this places ticked all the boxes. Luxury, beachfront access, elevator and wheelchair accessable. Huge thanks to the Britt Family for sharing such a gem with us! It's too bad I can't leave more stars on this review because I would for sure.
