Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. Loved the view of the pool and the river. We had everything we could have asked for. Tons of little extras throughout. Christy was very friendly and helpful! We will stay there again if we go back to the area!
