Located in the sought-after Katama area of Edgartown, this cedar-shingled Cape-style house offers classic Vineyard charm with modern comforts. Situated on a large, beautifully landscaped lot that’s tucked away on a quiet dead-end road opposite protected land, the property provides a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently close to some of the island’s best shopping, restaurants and beaches. The house's interior features an open layout for the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere and making entertaining easy. In addition, there are three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a finished basement for extra space to relax, along with a ping pong table for entertainment. The house is thoughtfully decorated with high-end furnishings and decor and is well-stocked with supplies and amenities to help you settle in and feel at home. The outdoor living spaces include a mahogany deck with an outdoor dining set as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. Additionally, there's a furnished screened-in porch that provides a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy the outdoors.

We had a great stay. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with and the location was perfect biking distance to town and beach. One of the best stocked homes we have rented and loved the screen porch.

Beautiful home located on a quiet, dead-end street with lots of privacy. The house has so many great amenities and spaces to relax and have fun. This is a great rental, especially for families with teens or young adults. The finished basement is like a "big kids" playroom...ping pong table, 2 recliners facing a TV console with video games, a huge comfortable couch, giant flat screen TV, smaller table games, weights and yoga mats.The main level of the home is spacious with lots of places to gather and relax including a comfortable L-shaped couch in the living room and our favorite spot...the screened in porch.The house is so clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything you need. Korrie is a wonderful host. She reached out after our initial booking to connect, provided lots of info about the area before our stay, and was quick to respond with our questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

We just spent one of the most relaxing and special weeks we have ever had. Our group traveled from Phoenix, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Korrie is an amazing host! Her beautiful home has everything you could possibly imagine you might need and more. Seriously! Every detail is carefully considered, and our group only had to get groceries for our stay. The guest book of house information and recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. was great, especially when there is a group with differing tastes. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds and seating, air-conditioning units, the screen porch is fantastic for early morning coffee and reading, afternoon naps and watching the local wildlife enjoying the bird feeders in the backyard. The wild turkeys were a joy. There is no shortage of towels, TP, coffee pods, throw blankets, books, and games. We were able to enjoy an all-day beach day at South Beach, because of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a rolling cooler. The house is so close that we just drove back and forth for bathroom breaks. The outdoor shower meant we could rid ourselves of sand and such without bringing it into the house. We will most definitely be back!
