About this villa rental
A two-story, hand-logged cabin by the sea with large patios, a private sandy beach, and a large private dock with a swimming ladder. Go for a swim or fish from the dock or the sandy beach, or take the boat out for some fishing. Relax on sun loungers on the dock or sit on the patio furniture and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fire up the grill on the dock or take a sauna and jump into the water from the sandy beach or the dock.
The guest cottage, featuring a kitchen, sofa bed, and sauna, is located right on the private sandy beach.
Vast lawns perfect for games, play, or jumping on a trampoline.
Fully equipped house with a new refrigerator and freezer. Air-source heat pump, floor heating, wood-burning stove, and air conditioning.
The entire first floor features wide floorboards dating back to the 1700s and round ceiling beams in every room. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with a fantastic view of the bay.
Borrow bikes and ride 7 minutes to Skatans restaurant and fish smokehouse/deli.
3 km to Galtström’s restaurant and café and the sandy beach Vitsand.
The forest is right nearby for walks and jogs.
20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
