The house features an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room with an impressive ceiling height of nearly six meters. The circular dining room is perfect for shared dinners with a view of the surroundings. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.



Two terraces offer you flexibility: the front one faces the meadows with sunset views, while the back one faces the river and enjoys sunshine all day long. Here, you can alternate between activity and relaxation at your own pace.



You’ll be staying in a beautiful location by the river, right next to a bird sanctuary. Järvsö and Ljusdal are nearby, offering restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. If you’d like to go mountain biking, downhill biking, or cross-country skiing, you can reach the trails in just a few minutes. The location offers peace and quiet, as well as easy access to nature experiences year-round.
